Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel has called on Kosovo and Serbia to act on lowering tensions, and to avoid any possibility of potential crises.

You know what tensions mean. We must not forget that the first world war started here, and so did the war in the former Yugoslavia, and we must remove any possibility of possible crises for which society suffers most. We should have discussions between neighbors. For us, what is important is to believe in the work of the high representative and EU representative for dialogue”, Rutte said.

He said there is no winner if there is conflict/

And Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said the solution is an annex to implementing the basic agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in February and March.

He said both sides complain that the other side does not implement the agreement, but added that everything needs to be implemented and that it should work on a “step-by-step approach”. /Periscopi/
