Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Hisen Berisha said in Euronews Albania that Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has been questioned by Serbia's Specialised Chambers in The Hague in connection with war crimes in Bosnia and Kosovo.

Berisha said that along with Vuciq, Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has been questioned. The questioning of Serbian leaders for war crimes has occurred according to the MP between June 26th and June 28th.

“Vukicci between the 26th and 28th dates has been questioned by Serbia's Specialised War Crimes Chambers in Bosnia, Kosovo and the former Yugoslavia. Vucinqi and Daci were also questioned there. The Serbian president has a very destabilistic situation within the country. He has provided many deposits for committing crimes in the order of Serbian politics, for SESH and others” Berisha said.

Kosovo's Kovents deputy also added that Prime Minister Rama radically suspended Albania's participation in the Balkan Open at the moment he learned that the Serbian president had been summoned to The Hague.

I've been in a dilemma about how at some point there was such a radical change to complete the Balkan Open mission. And when I learned that Mr. Vucic was questioned by Serbia's Special Chambers in The Hague and will be witness there and there for the war crimes committed in Kosovo and Bosnia, then I realized that the association initiative team is breaking down and returning to the Berlin Process”, Berisha said.
