Is the Open Balkans “” closing? Montenegrin President: Parliament and New Government Will Treat This

Montenegro's President Jakov Milatovic, who will go to Belgrade tomorrow to meet with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has declared that any economic initiative that brings new values in terms of lowering barriers and strengthening economic activity in the region can be useful, on condition [...]
So he answered the question about the “Open Balkans”. Milatovici was asked if he believes the regional initiative is Montenegro's priority.
My position on this seems to have been clear at first. For us, the priority of all priorities is membership in the European Union and therefore undisputed commitment to the Berlin process. On the other hand, any economic initiative can be useful that brings new values to lowering barriers and strengthening economic activity in the region, provided it does not conflict with the principles of the Berlin Process, this is certainly an issue that the new Parliament will address and Montenegro's new government”, Milatovic said.
Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama recently said that the “Open Balkans initiative” has completed the mission for which it was born, which said it has been to push the Berlin Process forward, adding that the Berlin “Process is now on our main axis”.
Neither did Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq believe this statement, which still stands in favour of “Open Balkans”.
Rama this week was in a Balkan tour, with whom there was the opportunity to discuss it in Belgrade, even with Vuciqi. He visited all countries in the region to meet with prime ministers and presidents to inform them of preparations for the Berlin Process Summit, which is held in Tirana this year.
