The Assembly holds session tomorrow, reviews the pension scheme bill

The Kosovo Assembly will meet twice Thursday for the continuation of works by past sessions beginning at 11:00, while at 2: 00 a.m., an extraordinary session is expected to begin where there are only two points in the order of the day. In the news to the media from the Parliament's Information Office, several bills that have remained in the first session will reportedly be reviewed by several last month's hearings.

This is the agenda for the 11:00 session.

I. The unfinished points from the plenary session, held on April 20, June 29, and July 10, 2023:

9. Second-read bill vote No.08/ L-184 for changing and completing Law No. 06/L-024 for treatment of construction without permission,

10. The review of the proposal-result for public money spending for two years the Government of the Republic of Kosovo mandate.

13. The recommendation vote regarding the management performance report of the “Basing the town of Ferizaj” project.

4. The draft resolution vote by interference with Finance, Labour and Transfers Ministry Minister Mr. Iron Murati on the issue: “Reviewing the budget of the Republic of Kosovo and raising salaries in the public sector”.

And at 2: 00 p.m., at the extraordinary session, two points will be in order, one of which has to do with changing and completing the State-funded pension schemes Law.

This is the order of the day:

  1. First review of Bill No. 08/L-248 for changing and completing Law No.04/L1 for state-funded pension schemes,
  2. First review of Bill No.08/L-239 for changing and completing Law No.06/ L-14 for public officials, amended and fulfilled with Law No.08/L-128.
