Arifi: Government co-ordinated with Serbs, while with Presevo leaders interrupts contacts

Presevo Chairman Shqim Arifii has told the current Kosovo government that is co-ordinating gang activities in northern Kosovo through the Serbian List as he cut short direct contacts with Presevo Valley leaders.
