The head of the AAK Parliamentary Group, Besnik Tahiri, has submitted to the Constitutional Court the request regarding the assessment of the Law's constitutionality of changing and fulfilling laws that define the amount of engagement at the height of the minimum wage.
This law, which was passed in the Assembly last week, was rejected only by the opposition, even by those benefiting from pension schemes for war veterans.
This is because the Law does not envision the minimum wage link to veterans' pension, as it has been in the past.
On Saturday, the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army ( The KLA's OVL has held a protest in Pristina against the Law for the minimum wage.
