2017 Document published: Kurt instructs copartisans to spread rumors, because 40% of the population are illiterate

The stances of the Vetevendosje Movement at certain moments and environments should be distributed as gossip, because gossip is also a source of information, says an internal document of the Vetevendosje Movement, which had compiled Albin Kurti in 2017 and conveyed it to party members, explaining how it should be obtained and [...]
In this 52 - page document, Kurti tells fellow Christians that about 40 percent of Kosovars are functional illiterates, so they feed on gossip.

It develops very much into a population like ours in which functional illiteracy (where citizens know the letters but make many mistakes in spelling and grammar) has included close to 40% of the population”, says Kurti on page 19 of the text, at the “Communification is organising”.
Since half of the citizens are illiterate according to Kurt, then Vetevendosje should concentrate on spreading rumors.
“The specific locations in our environments and specific times should be spread just like this: so, like the rumor”, the text says.
Kurti explains to members of his party also that the facts are not very important, because the “thoughts of people are guided by their goals and goals, more than by facts outside of them”.
In another part of the text, Kurt asks Vetevendosje members to have it quite clear that when they come to power, they must twist their hands because they otherwise lose power.
So, he explains to sector “The strategy is principle”, that “the moral cleansing of the Movement activist is not the goal but tool”.
Thus, Kurti writes, “cleansing is the value in light of a goal we have, not value in ourselves”.
He points out to them in his plan that each within the party needs “to be clear that whenever we take power, we need to have a clean conscience, but we need to grieve if we don't twist our hands”.
For Kurt, the principle in itself is not important, but it matters only as a means of accomplishing the ultimate goal of power.
We love principles, not why they're principles, but why we believe they're leading us to goals”, he says.
One of the most important parts of the document is that when Kurti writes how the Vetevendosje Movement can achieve power only within a state of emergency in Kosovo and even retain power through the state of emergency.
The logic of now the prime minister was that Vetevendosje must work on creating this situation in order to come to power.
“We will be able to take power without a state of emergency, and maybe we can't even keep it without a state of emergency for a time”, says Kurti on page 45 of the document, in the section entitled “the capital is Revolutionary”.
In the document Kurti also proposes that Vetevendosje also have an illegal type sector of operation and through it surprise the political opponent.
A movement aimed at radical changes, to win, must surprise. Which means that some underestimation of any aspect of it is needed on the part of the regime in power. No illegality, no surprise. Without surprise, there is a revolution”, Kurti explains to party members.
It proposes to members that with citizens, but not publicly, they speak of the revolution, however, because it scares them as a word. Kurt decides that this will be done, not at all, but later.
“with citizens, in public, we need to talk about revolution and using this word, although not at the beginning of the conversation”, Kurti writes in the document.
The man that “doesn't want a revolution to go to sea for a holiday” is one of Kurt's warnings to anyone who doesn't work for the revolution.
“Who doesn't want a revolution doesn't want work”, type the text.
Kurt also suggests to members of his party that sometimes even to give reproach to citizens, but to do so with “Love”.
"Citizens have to give them some kind of loving correction." Shh. When we are complained of hopelessness, we need to ask how their affairs are done with courage!”, the current prime minister of Kosovo sets the example.
Within the document, it is also proposed that members from different Kosovo centres learn everything about the regions from which they come.
In the text part titled as “The total is Point”, Kurti asks its members to make detailed scans of situations in their respective municipalities, understanding everything about each of the “high school professionals” of “XI and XI”, up to “meries”, “adders to gas pumps”, “oven stores”, “prophets”, hojat”, “waste plants “and each other sector.
This proposed document, then, as the plan for political organisation, had also caused the first divisions in Vetevendosje Movement.
As it would have been understood, part of his headship had opposed that world, including the current Vetvendosje head parliament, Glauk Konjufca.
Despite the controversy, Kurti, with his power within the party, had pushed forward and dissatisfied with the plan would then leave the Movement altogether. /Albanian Post
