Eight officials in the Kosovo presidency continue to hold their positions illegally, the foreign audience has ascertained.
This institution, led by Vjosa Osmani, continues to hold in these replacement positions the people who have been given the deadline for their exercise.
Public Officials Law No.6/L -114 predicts that a regular civil service position can be met in case of the need for replacement or temporary absence of a civil servant depending on the case, for a period of no longer than 12 months.
But the president's office has exceeded that deadline.
“On eight occasions, regular working positions have been replaced by decisions as substitutes in various positions that have been exercising these tasks for more than 12 months. Keeping positions with substitutes longer than the prescribed term by law has been made as a result of insufficient care from the ZPRK management. Therefore, maintaining positions with more long-term replacements, except that it is not in compliance with the legislation in force, risks the various positions being maintained by those who do not meet the required criteria for adequate positions”, the Kosovo President's Office's 2022 Accountary Review Report, which Periscope has seen.
The audience has demanded that the secretary-general ensure that necessary actions are taken to fulfill (replacements) positions of regular work positions. /Periscopi/
