The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the next, 145th, in which it has approved:
The Treaty Ratification bill between the Republic of Kosovo and Denmark's Kingdom for the exploitation of the Correcting Institution in Gjilan in order to execute Danish sentences. The bill ratifys the agreement signed by the two countries' justice ministries.
· The bill for the Sovereign Fund of the Republic of Kosovo (ZKM). This law aims to establish the Sovereign Fund of Reépuébıkılika of Koésoevo as incisitive inucioción investment and development, define the statue, funkocion and governance of Fonydi, and regulate the asset management, investment and finance of the Fund.
· The Canadian Property Bill.
Uh complete-changing the Boarding Law for 2023.
A decision by which the Government of Kosovo proposs the Master and a member of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency Board.
· Change and complete the decision to appoint the State Accession Council.
·The Manual for Ex-Post assessment of the Juridical Act.
·Administration Guide for Child Prevention and Protection Measures from Narcotic Abuse, which aims to ensure the protection of children from narcotics abuse through precautionary and protective measures; accessing a healthy life - style and determination of narcotics abuse; and determining the duties and responsibilities of respective institutions.
·The decision to propose the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, candidates for the position of 1 (a) member at the Procuring Organisation Board.
· Local Power Management Ministry request for the allocation of budgetary means for the “Youth Corporations in Kosovo” in co-finance with the World Bank. This decision divides budgetary means in the amount of 250,000 euros (two hundred and fifty thousand euros) for the project.
· Change and complement the value of shipping spending and shipping containers in Addix 2. No. 06/ 2015 for determining the cost of transporting imported goods, converting up-to-date price lists. The decision has been approved according to Kosovo Customs analysis and research, which has found that at the global level the costs of shipping costs have suffered a sharp decline as a result of the root of trade volume. In order to harmonise shipping prices, Kosovo's Customs has recommended revising shipping expenses.

A/The establishment of the Steering and Co-ordination Committee for review of progress in implementing measures of the Implementation Plan for easing the immediate socioeconomic impact of the energy crisis
·Second budget tools for meeting the annual contribution of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for 2023 to the Regional Centre for Migration, Asylum and Refugees (MARRI), headquartered in Skopje. Financial assets of 20,721.00 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-one euros) are divided for the fulfillment of the annual contribution of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for 2023.
·The Foundation of the Work Group for the drafting of the concept for the establishment of the Museum for the documentation and presentation of the crimes of the former Yugoslavia and Serbia towards Albanians in Kosovo.
· Change and Fulfill Government Decision No. 03/143 on May 24th, 2023, for forming the Tobacco Control Interministerial Council.
The final decision on expropriation and establishing the right of the session to public interest in real estate that is affected by project implementation: Construction of the 2x 110kV line “castriot” in Ferizaj City, in behalf of System Operator, Transmission and Sh Market, A.
·Preciar Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest in Real Property, which is affected by the realisation of the Project on Expanding a superficial Mine to Exploitation of coal for electricity production for the needs of the Kosovo Energy Corporation ( KEK-S. A.) in the Shipipul cadastral areas, Leskosic and Sibovc of the Obilic municipality.
·Respect the State Water Strategy of Kosovo 2023-2027 and Action Plan 2023-2025.
Also, Government Cabinet information was made on implementing the Agency for European Reform Action Plan ( PV Wind II) during the January period March 2023.
