Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyan, through a statement, has called on citizens to suspend city travel as much as possible, writes the BBC, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
“Situate is difficult,” Moscow Mayor Sobyani said in his statement posted on the telegram.
Wagner's mercenaries are currently moving north from Russia's central regions to the capital.
