VV Svechla publicly violates the tobacco law

Although Kurti Government has already launched an initiative which they are pledging to keep, it is precisely Guzim Svechla of VV who is totally ignoring Kurti's insistence on law enforcement. Agriculture Minister Faton Peci, days earlier, had announced that as a result of disobeying the tobacco law, the fine of violators of this law has begun.

But what does the law say?
The Tobacco Control Law has been in force for 10 years. Article 11, regulates protection from exposure to love smoke.
