Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has again spoken of Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal for Association.
He has said he respects Prime Minister Rama, but is not authorised to draft the statue of the Serb majority municipalities' Association.
Vuciq has said Rama is not a member of the Managing Team and thus cannot do the drive for Association.
“As far as I know, Edi Rama is not a member of the Serbian Manager Team. Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who seems to want to become part of that team, as he also has something written, but has no right to have it written.” Vuciq has said about Happy TV.
There's nothing to negotiate here. Give us only the principles, organs and organs of association as negotiated and as I initiated in 2015 with (then Kosovo prime minister) Isa Mustafa.
