Today, Borrell has indicated that he has called for an emergency meeting in Brussels, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucinq, to find a way out of the tense situation.
Through a Twitter announcement, Borrell was told that there is an urgent need for immediate deespasses and new elections in northern Kosovo.
