In a photograph reached in the Perskopi editorial, it is seen passing several moments accompanied by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, as well as by Pristina's first one, Progress Rama.
We remember that reports between Osman and Rama are not at the best possible, since President Osmani, months ago, had cut the picture of Prime Minister Rama from the summit table in Greece.
