Responding to the prosecution's questions, the protected witness said he had heard that the person coded by number 1 had asked questions aloud.
Witness: One person has been asked a question in a loud voice.

Prosecutor D'Assole: What do you think was going on in that room?
Lawyer Kehoe: These are speculations, it's asking what he thought when in fact it can be witnessed only what he heard.
Judge Smith agrees with opposition.
Prosecutor D'Assole: Could you hear what was going on inside the room?
Witness: Based on the meaning that I've reached with understanding there was an interview, because it's been asked to account for a certain person.
Prosecutor D'Assole: Anything else you remember about that case?
Witness: I can't make a check right now.
Prosecutor D'Assole: What happened next?
Witness: After 15 minutes or half an hour where the person stood, they left the facility, they left completely, by car, and we just went normal until we had it assigned.
