The leader of the Democratic Union for Integration of Northern Macedonia, Ali Ahmeti, and the country's first deputy prime minister, Artan Grubi, have visited the family of former president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci.
Ahmeti and Grubi have been hosted by Haxhi Thaci, the father of the former president, at his home in the village of Buroj at Skyright.
Ahmeti expressed great satisfaction in his visit, until he said his stay in Buroja testifies to family ties that are long for more than three decades.
He said Thaci and the others who are being tried at The Hague would announce victors and the final epilogue would be their freedom.
Ahmeti also spoke of the tense situation in the north of the Republic, which stated that freedom has been won by blood and liberation.
According to him, Kosovo authorities under any circumstances should be in communication with the US, NATO and Europe, for this situation to be managed with those who helped to free the country.
Meanwhile, Thaci visited his family in Buroja a few days ago because of his mother's health.
