The candidate assessment has been made in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations in force, and each of the five commission members individually (through the SMBNJ) has assessed them”.

The institution, led by Rosetta Hajdari, is determined to employ inspectors in a number of 27 people.

Based on legislation in effect, in cases where workers cannot be recruited through internal competition, then the institution is tasked with opening external competitions, where virtually anyone can compete, among them persons who are not public officials.
