Kosovo sources have indicated that Baldini has obtained a document from the University Clinical Centre in Serbia-The Emergency Centre that tries to prove that during the time of violence against KFOR he has been lying in this hospital.

This document contains neither a stamp nor a number of protocols, and also lacks the signature of the head of the Department in which “was handled”.
“The confirmation is issued on personal request and serves to regulate the medical rest” says in the document.
While it is well known that health institutions do not issue claims on medical rest arrangements, but this issue is regulated on the basis of issuing from the health institution.
Baldini has not had trouble providing these kinds of documents, since such documents can easily be obtained even by Serb parallel institutions.
