The incident for organised crime against Montenegrin police Ljuba Milovic and Daniel Jovanovovic, who worked at the Directorate of Criminal Police, his wife, Dusica Jovanovic, who was employed in the Agency for Security and Information (BIA), as well as other defendants, can shed a completely new light on the murder of Serb leader from Kosovo's north, Oliver Ivanov, and at the end shed light on who is the direct author of liquidation.
His name is mentioned in spy conversations on Sky app, Serbian media medium Nova.rs reports today.
The mastermind of the criminal group was Milovovic, and the indictment describes in detail how drugs were transported to European cities via oceanic ships. The mates accused by BIA and MPB have been close to Milovanovic and their role has been a kind of logistical support, but also the preservation of money taken from drug smuggling. The spouses were tasked with preserving Milovic's money, packing in sacks of vacuum and then transporting them to Montenegro.
“Jovanovovic has collected strictly confidential information for investigations and operational knowledge available to members of this organised criminal group and other criminal groups' activities in BIA databases. Later she handed that information to her husband, Daniel Jovanovic, and he handed it to Ljubo Milovich. The “that the accused Dusica Jovanovic has carried out the outstanding tasks stemming from the evidence collected and from the content of communications her husband carried out with Milovic via phone Sky”, learns Nova.rs.
According to Nova.rs, key evidence against the organised criminal group was taken through Sky app, where the first defendant Milovic figured as “Offier”.
It is particularly important in the case files against this group, which mentions a message concerning the killing of the Serb political leader from the north of Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic, on 16 January 2018. This is especially important, according to the media report, given that until now it has not been proven who the leaders are and who are the direct performers of liquidation.
In messages in which Nova.rs had access, dating back to 2020, Ivanovic's murder is mentioned. Thus, on January 23, 2020, the officer accused Jovanovic sent the information given by his wife to Milovic.

I'm serious. They became priorities. Some Matkovic brothers from Novi Sad who are homesickly supplied by a certain Yaka Zaletel from Slovenia. The “almost all Skyljars fled to Slovenia”, writes Jovanovic Milovic.
He then added as follows: “The only information that goes to the Kavaci clan is that one of the clan members is involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic”. And the story says that Dedovic (the murdered bomber Igor Devovic) wanted to take the clan's leadership himself and build a team around him inside the clan. ” This has BIA currently”, said in mail.
From Sky's bugged messages, it can be clear that BIA has specific information on Ivanovic's murder in January 2018, and this is not the first time the Security and Information Agency is mentioned in the context of a politician's murder, Nova.rs writes away.
Interestingly, Ivanovi himself reported to BIA who threatened it before the murder, yet crime has not been prevented, nor has it apparently been assigned to association, follows the scripture.
Even though procedures for the murder of Oliver Ivanovic are under way before the Pristina Court, information about the crime itself and authors are still slim.
Ivanovic was killed with six shots fired on his back, ahead of his party's targets in northern Mitrovica. Marko Rossic, Nedeljko Spasojevich, Silvana Arsovic and Rade Basara are accused of participating in organised criminal groups, while Dragisa Markovik and Zarko Jovanovic are accused of misusing the official position. /Telegraph
