The Government of Kosovo's decision to declare terrorist organisation “Civil Assistance” and “North Brigade”, the Serbian List has assessed it as “part of the [Kosovo] prime minister's regime plan. Albin Kurti to continue with political terror in northern Kosovo and the arrest of Serbs.
The “Plants coming out of this decision show that instead of extending on the basis of calls from the entire international community and all the Serbian people, Kurti is planning to scale up, pressure and consolidate pre-police and invading powers in northern Kosovo”, the Serbian List, Kosovo's largest party, was told at the announcement.
On 29 June, the Government of Kosovo declared “Civil Assistance” and “North Brigade” terrorist organisations, arguing that these organisations stand behind the riots in northern Kosovo and that they present the “serious and direct threat to constitutional order and security in Kosovo”.
