Through a Twitter post, Stojkovic has said that if they are not released, Serbia violates the Brussels Agreement.
The Serbian lawyer, who describes himself as Western pro, has said that according to the “Brussels Agreement, Serbia treats the Kosovo Police as the legal armed force. Therefore, if that police member is armed on Serbia's territory without violating other laws, he cannot be arrested because his status for Serbia is as legitimate as the status of the Republika Serbia police.
They have to decide for them until 12:30, when the 48 hour police ban expires.
