There should be talks on illegal arrests. There must be talks on withdrawing special units. There must be talks on establishing the Communist Association (in majority) Serbian and talk about Serb participation in the” local elections, Vucevic said.
“In my opinion, these are the four points that should be the basis for resolving this situation, if we really want to move in the direction of the stress”, Vucevic said, among other things, while blaming Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, for saying Serbia's “risking security”.
