During August we will have elections, and the issues are that international factors have demanded that the Serbian committee participate in these elections, and in all likelihood we are towards a final finalisation of the final agreement that should be reached further by October 2023,”, Shala said at the RTV21 Click.
Shala said that if the Police Special Unit withdraws from the north, it is a problem to return and ensure order and security.
If the Republic of Kosovo Special Operations Unit withdraws from the northern, with full responsibility, I say it is a problem to restore it to that part and ensure the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo”, Shala said.
He added that the return of this unit would prevent groups that have been structured in the northern part for 23 years.
