Thus said security expert Adrian Stein, who added that Prime Minister Kurti has not accepted either US or QUINT countries' advice, neither of the EU, nor of NATO, nor of KFOR.
“Prime Minister Kurti is not consulted on such major issues and in such a crisis situation, neither with opposition parties in Kosovo, nor with the prime minister of Albania, or opposition parties there, but neither with the Albanian fronts in northern Macedonia”, Steun further clarified.
He added that even if he is right in principle, he is in practice wrong, because there is no one who can do anything alone and that approach leads to isolation”, said security expert Adrian Steun, in RTK.
Steun added further that an approach towards northern Kosovo in a reckless manner undermines the prime minister's credibility, undermines the country's credibility and is a challenging behaviour towards allies.
And if not corrected, there have been even more negative consequences to relations with NATO and other allies, who are guaranteeing the lives of their soldiers the security and citizenship of Kosovo”, Steun said.
