Prime Minister Edi Rama today suggested that he had proposed a document concerning the implementation of the Serb Communists' Asolution in Kosovo.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted to the prime minister's statement and said that today Rama in charge, went out and informed Albanians that he has drafted and delivered the text of the Serbian majority municipalities' association agreement.
Berisha said Rama is interfering with Kosovo's internal affairs.
“kats down! Vucic's extreme-designed silversmith revealed himself as a disgusting vassal of the doctrine and one of the authors of the Serbian genocide in Bosnia and Kosovo! Today Rama in obligation came out and informed Albanians that he has drafted and delivered the text of the association of Serb majority municipalities. The text is written in Belgrade and then rewritten in Tirana. This act constitutes flagrant intervention in Kosovo's internal affairs on behalf of Belgrade, the most ugly act in the history of the two countries' relations, which promotes and does not calm the conflict. The Act Rama is trying to solve his problem with McGonigal.
These steps I judge that they are correctly defined by the Kosovo and international authorities, which require new conditions. In hot spots it should be coordinated with international troops. As for association, I will support it as a fundamental right to freedom. The association could never be out of the Constitutional Pre-Progress of the Republic of Kosovo. Each other step is a major threat to peace and stability on the Balkan peninsula”Berisha said.
