Prime Minister Edi Rama today suggested that he had proposed a document concerning the implementation of the Serb Communists' Asolution in Kosovo.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted to the prime minister's statement and said that today Rama in charge, went out and informed Albanians that he has drafted and delivered the text of the Serbian majority municipalities' association agreement.
Berisha said Rama is interfering with Kosovo's internal affairs.

This act constitutes flagrant intervention in Kosovo's internal affairs on behalf of Belgrade, the most ugly act in the history of the two countries' relations, which promotes and does not calm the conflict.
