According to him, these two components create space for corruption and unnecessary delays, while the most frequent cases of corruption are in giving construction permits.
“The moment delays in procurement processes are caused in connection with capital investment contracts or even in granting permits, businesses are forced to find other ways to carry out their goals and rights, and corruption begins. We shouldn't pretend it doesn't happen, even at the local level, even in the central ones. It's a secret and everyone's talking about these issues. These issues, therefore, inevitably cause delays in realisation of capital projects”, the head of the KB, said on the EURO nX.
With this conclusion the head of the GDP has not agreed to the head of the Communist Association, Sazan Ibahimi, who has asked Sahin not to rule out all municipalities.
