The Kosovo government, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade (MINT), respectively, made a decision mid-June to suspend the company Klan Kosova sh.k. Business certificate.

The event was widely criticised, both by foreign embassies in Kosovo and by local and international organisations, but also by various international political actors.

In this round, Germany's ambassador to our country, Jorn Rohde, has again reacted to measures taken against Kosovo Clan.

He has named government measures as suspicious “”, while he said there should be discussions on these issues.

“Thank you Thomas for joining the GIZ and us in discussing the challenges of media release in the Western Balkans/Kosovo. Increasing the number of attacks on journalists, online harassment against media activists, suspicious measures against Klan Kosovo show these discussions are necessary”, Rohde wrote on Twitter.
