They reveal details: Borell meets Vuchy's Kurt alone

Meetings in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia will likely only be bilateral meetings, between dialogue carriers Albin Kurti, and Aleksandar Vuciq, with European dialogue mediators. The EU Foreign Service said that “top representative, Josep Borrell, accompanied by special envoy Miroslav Lajcak, will have a series of meetings to manage crises with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti”.
Meetings at the European helm are expected to begin Thursday afternoon.
“Disquoise will focus on finding the way out for lowering current tensions so that [the sides] can return to implementing dialogue agreements, in particular the Agreement on the road to normalisation”, the EU report said.
After the meetings, Borrell is warned to be promoted to the media. Kurt and Vuchy have already confirmed their participation in the meeting, called by Borrell.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, earlier in June 22nd, said he will meet with Borrell in Brussels on Thursday, but not even with Kurti.
It doesn't make sense. He lectures us about philosophy, little for [Adam] Demachin, a little for [Carl] Marx”, Vuciq said.
A day earlier, Kurti has confirmed participation in the Brussels meeting.
He said that at that meeting, he will insist on the immediate and unconditional release of the three [Kosovo] police officers being held hostage by Serbia, the stress of the situation and normalisation of reports”.
Meanwhile, the European Union's high representative for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, said he has invited the leaders of Kosovo and Serbia to an emergency meeting in Brussels for finding a solution to the current crisis.
I have invited Serbia's leader, Aleksandar Vuciq, and Kosovo's Albin Kurti, to Brussels for urgent meetings to find a way out of the current crisis. We need immediate suspension of the situation and new elections in the north with the participation of Kosovo Serbs. These are key to the region and the EU”, he wrote on Twitter.
The senior adviser at the US State Department, Derek Chollet, has talked about the situation in northern Kosovo with EU special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak. The two Western officials called for the extension of the situation in Kosovo.
As of late May, tensions in northern Kosovo increased after young Albanian mayors in the north, with Kosovo Police assisting, entered municipal buildings amid opposition from local Serbs. Since then, local Serbs have protested in front of municipal buildings in Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposaviq.
On June 14th, tensions between Kosovo and Serbia deteriorated further, following the arrest of three Kosovo police officials. Serbia said they were arrested “deep” within its territory, but Kosovo said they were patrolling on Kosovo's territory, near the border line with Serbia on Leposavic.
The EU and the United States have submitted to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, three tensions-related requests: calming the situation in northern Kosovo, holding new elections in four municipalities in the north, and returning to dialogue for normalisation of reports.
