Minister for Return and Community Nenad Rassic has voted against this point at today's government meeting.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti said these pose risks to constitutional order and security in the Republic of Kosovo.
“Based on assessments of the Republic of Kosovo security institutions civil protection formations” (Civilna Zashtita) and its component “ (Severa Brigade), present serious and direct threats to constitutional order and the security of the Republic of Kosovo”, Kurti has said.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has cited actions that have been taken by these groups, such as attacks on KFOR, journalists and other citizens.
