Rassic has declared that Kosovo institutions should become the “owners of labour” and propose concepts for solutions in the north, when the issue of association is discussed.
We're all kind of guilty. Consider the responsibility first must be individual. Some sense I could do better. The reconciliation process we could have completed earlier. We could have the northern Serbs integrate faster. Something more efficient, more concrete, more friendly. I'm about a concept we propose, we should be the owners of the job.
