Rama resolution, Shala: Kurt's been on the table since 21 May.

Security expert Drizan Shala has indicated that according to his sources, the resolution proposed by Rama is exactly the resolution Kurti has had on the table since 21 May and that is the resolution that should be final

As far as this resolution was proposed by Edi Rama, we can say this resolution is pre-communated, and Mr. Kurti had this resolution on his desk since 21 May.
