Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama, at an extraordinary media conference, has reportedly handed over a draft status of the French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

This initiative by Prime Minister Rama has come after the tense situation in northern Kosovo.

Rama has argued his involvement in this issue, saying that he is doing so for Kosovo until he has identified the Government of Kosovo as soon as possible to expand the situation.
Prime Minister Rama has said the situation is urgent and that Kosovo is risking losing its biggest allies.

But the Albanian prime minister's proposal has not been well received in Kosovo, not only by the ruling party. Besides Vetevendosje Movement officials, Rama has not found even the support of several individuals from opposition and civil society.

Against the Albanian prime minister's involvement in the issue, VV officials such as Armendi Muja, Dimal Basha, who have gone a little further away from the criticism, accusing Prime Minister Rama of being avoting for the interests of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.

“Posting a statute for Asciation) in Berlin and Paris, Rama is only spreading and strengthening his association with Vucinciqi. Fortified somewhere for crime and corruption must be Edi Rama as he owes himself this way publicly in front of the entire Albanian nation”, VV deputy Armend Muja wrote on his Facebook.
“concerns Prime Minister Edi Rama about his friend's concern, which is Association. He even took the effort to draft a statute!
Mr. Rama, have you sent to the international community any statute for any Association for Valley Albanians?
Dear Prime Minister Rama, I know that in the past our politicians in Kosovo have charged you with various concerns, but they have changed times and personally to relieve this concern, because Kosovo now has a lot of people caring and worrying about Kosovo”, MP Dimal Basha wrote.

Albania's prime minister's commitment to the issue has also been declared LDK deputy Arben Gashi, though without charges of “Rama's ties to Vucicin”.
In a Facebook post, Gashi has said that the Association statute, as well as management with international partners, can only be done by the Government of Kosovo, “nobody else”.

Be clear and accurate; competent for the association statute proposal, as well as management with international partners, is only the Government of Kosovo, no one else, no government of any other country”, Gashi wrote.

The only one who has welcomed Edi Rama's initiative is MP Enver Hoxhaj's PDK.
Hoxhaj before reporters has said the Albanian prime minister intends to help Kosovo.

I think Rama and his proposal are trying to fill the interests of the state of Kosovo at a time that is critical and in no way harming these interests. My fear is that the way Kurti is managing the situation north of the country we can move towards a full protectorate which as a product can have a territorial autonomy”, Hoxhaj has said.

And the recognition of political issues in the country, Ilir Mirena, has emerged somewhat more neutral in his stance on the issue. He has implied that anyone can propose, making an analogy.

There's no Dejona Mihali, who doesn't know about her, who works for her, who she works for, who she is, who's she from, what's she doing here, bonk to manage with them the entire VVHAH and Kurti Government, and Edi Rama's not buying me something? The proposal is, don't call me”, Mirena wrote.

While for fellow analyst Halil Matoshi, Edi Rama's involvement in the issue is unnecessary. He has accused Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, that due to his political inability, “stim could anyone propose, whatever”.

“Albin Kurti has led this process into unconstitutional and now, to whom the shots propose what to do. Kurt with arbitrary decision has distributed this. Ekip, who had to be fulfilled with a new name by dismissing only Daniela Vujičić for conflict of interest (Serbian Skupština's files)“, Matoshi said in a conversation with Periscope.
