In his address, Rama said that the Arab culture is a precious stone of history and tradition. He said that in the municipality of Vaccarizzo Albanese is the story of a part of Albania's freedom.
“Thank you for the honor, honorary citizen of Vacharizzo Albanese, where the Arab culture is a jewel of history and tradition”, he said.
Rama was accompanied by wife Linda Rama as well as local government elected as Durres Mayor Emriana Sacko, Shkodra Mayor Bennett Beci, Vlora Mayor Ermal Drita, etc.
