In social media published, the chief of the Russian mercenary group Wagner appears to be located in the center of the Russian city.
Located in southern Russia, it is home to Russian military headquarters that supervises fighting in Ukraine, reports Skynews.
Residents of the Rostov region at the Ukrainian border are told to stay inside because security forces are operating in the area.
Pigozin has pledged to oust the Russian Army leadership while in a hurry Moscow is on its way after leaving Ukraine.
By contrast, Wagner had fought in Ukraine along with the Russian army, but since the absence of weapons, they have fled from the front of the war in the Ukrainian state.
