Prompt Edita Tahiri: New Kosovo penalty could be expected

Edita Tahiri, former Kosovo chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia mediated by the EU, has written a status in which she has commented on recent developments in northern Kosovo and its effects on Kosovo's relations with allies.
