Florian Dusi, director of the Inspectorate, said this process is allowed only in slaughter licensed by relevant institutions, otherwise, all those exercising such activities in unlicensed countries or public space will be fined.
“Highly praising the respect of a religious rite on the eve of the Kurban Bajram holiday on the part of our citizens, because of our tradition of distribution of meat to friends and family, we have demanded that the slaughter be done in more suitable locations and spaces, possibly at licensed slaughterhouses, because the environment in which they are located along with high temperatures, pose a potential risk to the health of the citizens who feed, but also to those who are distributed<1>, Dushi has declared.
The same action the inspectors will make tomorrow.
