President Osmani today is expected to meet with Macroni and Scholzin

The country's first meeting today will be with France's President, Emmanuel Macron and Germany's Chancellor, Olaf Scholz.

French President Emmanuel Macron has yesterday announced that, along with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, they will talk to Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq on June 1st. Macro has confirmed these talks in a speech given at the GLOBSEC Conference in Bratislava.

The meetings will be held separately, in margins at the European Political Community Summit, to be held in the Moldovan capital.

President Osmani will join 46 other heads of state of the European continent, as well as leaders of EU institutions, with the aim of promoting political dialogue and strengthening co-operation to address the most urgent issues of security and stability in Europe, the Kosovo Presidency reports.

In addition to participating in key European Political Community sessions, Osmani is said to hold meetings with other European leaders.

Before other European leaders, President Osmani will convey the message of the steadfast devotion of the people and institutions of the Republic of Kosovo for Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integration as guarantees for lasting peace in the region and beyond.

Also during bilateral meetings, Osman will discuss deepening co-operation for the postponement of Kosovo's EU application, issues related to the security situation in the region, as well as overcoming common challenges.

The European Political Community is the platform for political co-ordination created on the basis of French President Emmanuel Macron's proposal, aimed at promoting dialogue and co-operation on issues of common interest, strengthening security, stability and prosperity on the European continent.
