Police: Currently the situation in the north is calm

In a response by spokesman Baki Kelani, said the situation is currently calm.

The violent “Protests and developments occurring in the north of the country have made the situation tense and fragile”, Kelani said.

Kelani said monitoring the situation in northern municipalities by police and relevant security institutions is continuing.
