Regarding the intervention by the north Kosovo Police, which comes as a result of the defence ministry's request to assist the new heads to enter the municipal facilities, security connoisseur Drizan Shala, in an interview for Portal Dukaj has provided more details than are safe in these situations.
“Offices in such shares, in general, can say they have a high risk in exercising legal functions as well as constitutional mandate carrying as institutions in offering public/nationalist security”, Shala has said.
Shala has said further that, during the Kosovo Police intervention, minimal proportional force has been used to bring the situation under control.
“Based at the level of risk for mayors' lives, Kosovo Police have taken all actions for the process to go as planned, where, during the intervention by special entity operators, minimal proportional force has been used to bring the situation under”, Shala added.
The security expert noted that in complex operations, as if it was north in the last case, the row could be said to result from the multicomplexity of primary, secondary and letter actions for the fulfillment of advance tasks.
