Pieter Feith criticises Kosovo Government for a bad “=x1>: Be More Careful

Pieter Feith, the International Civilian Representative for Kosovo and former Special Representative of the European Union, said in an interview for Euronews Albania the situation in the north could have been avoided.

He said that what happened had not been surprising, since the same situation had occurred in 2011 when he was an EU representative.

Feith recommended the Kosovo government to be more cautious in terms when Kosovo's largest strategic ally, The U.S. has become very critical of it.

I wanted to stress the fact that the US, which has always been Kosovo's closest ally, has now become very critical and that is a bad sign. That should make the government think about access, it should be more careful”, he said.
