Petkov: Pristina has no right to form army, nor to arm KSF members

The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovovic, said Pristina has no right to any valid agreement or agreement to form Kosovo Army, nor to arm members of the Kosovo Security Forces.
