He has said that EU special envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak has stressed in detail what is required from Kosovo and Serbia for escalation of the situation Tuesday. Palockaj has stressed that Kosovo is currently not “as opposed to the EU's logic that cannot treat Kosovo as state”.
Much of the European Parliament's deputies were heard to be being tolerated by Vucic, who goes to dinner with Sheshel, co-operates with Russia, reproves the EU and has created a climate of fear within Serbia. We should have it clear that the EP is parliament and not create the impression in Kosovo that there is consensus on Kosovo in Brussels, because at this point there is no. There is no European Commission, there is no foreign action service, and there is no one from most member states”.
Palockaj has added that the EU is also working with Albania to isolate Kosovo in the region. “with Albania are also working for Kosovo's regional isolation, so not only isolation from the international community, but in this way officials from Albania are becoming international and entering the beginning of Kosovo's isolation dance to send a message to”.
According to Palocaj, the thought in the European Union has been reinforced that Kosovo is not a state, and it has influenced, as he has said, emissary Lajcak and EU senior foreign policy representative Josep Borrell.
“In the EU has reinforced that thought that Kosovo is not a state, the EU does not treat Kosovo as a state. Lajcak and Borrell are not only there to implement EU policy, but they also create that policy. They have in the past been persons who have had an active role in creating the attitude of their countries. Both have been chiefs of diplomacy of countries that have not recognised Kosovo, and so far have not changed stance”, Palockaj has declared.
