Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq will not, according to all odds, meet next week to manage the crisis, as European top diplomat Josep Borrell has invited.
None of them have officially responded to him yet, except Vuciq has said during the day that he considers it meaningless to speak with Prime Minister Kurti.
Officials of political issues say the meeting, called by Borrell, could affect the extension of the situation in the north.
Neither Kosovo nor Serbia has yet returned official answers to the European Union's high representative for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, about the invitation for the meeting during next week.
Until Prime Minister Kurti said on Saturday that in the coming days he will decide whether to attend the meeting, the Serbian president has declared that he considers it meaningless to speak with the first Kosovo executive.
“And I have decided whether to attend such a technical meeting will be Serbia's” tactical decision Vuciq has said.
Political Affairs Recognition Arta Tahiri Beqa says the meeting, called by Borrell, could affect the enlargement of the situation in the north.
According to policy connoisseurs, dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia should continue further.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said a day earlier that the EU originally envisioned the meeting to be held on 22 June, then postponed for 23rd.
