LDK Chairman Lumir Abdxhiku has said the Kosovo government has made an unprecedented attack on Klan Kosovo with the publication of the MINT decision to suspend Klan Kosovo's business certificate.
In Rubikon of Kosovo, he has declared that all citizens, media and civil society should co-operate and react to the medium Klan Kosova.
“A key theme is the unprecedented attack on your media and on your free speech. Let me express my full solidarity, the Democratic League of Kosovo, of our full support to your media. And express not only the concern but also the complete rejection of acts of what I call the totalitarian regime”.
So I can no longer refer to this government as a democratic government, but as a totalitarian regime. A regime that attacks free speech, which attacks inexorably in Kosovo's history, a Kosovo media medium on a procedural issue and wants to deliver a message of fear to anyone who believes in the free word and in itself the fundamental value of the Republic of Kosovo”.
“I and LDK call on all patriotic citizens in Kosovo, intellectuals of this country, civil society, all media in Kosovo to solidify now in your battle because at this point it's not about a medium, it's about the tendency of a totalitarian regime against the free word”, Obadiah said.
