Three explosions are reported overnight in the northern part of the country.
According to the Police Regional Director for the North Veton Elshani, the blasts occurred in northern Mitrovica and Zvecan.
One case, according to Elshan, occurred as a police car patrolled, to which stones were thrown but also a friend bomb.
The attack has also occurred in the courtyard of the police station in northern Mitrovica, but also near the Zvecan police station.
There were three explosions at the time interval from 23:30 to 1:30. One happened on the street during police patrol, the police car was stoned and allegedly dropped off a friend bomb. One happened at the North Mitrovica Police station, exactly in the courtyard. Two friends reportedly were dropped. The next blast took place in Zvecan, near police station”, Elshani said.
According to him, there are no injuries from these explosions except for material damage to the police car from throwing stones.
In two other cases, no human injuries or injuries are reported.
