Muja has suggested that by sending a statute for association in Berlin and Paris, Rama is only spreading and strengthening his association with Vucinqi.

Otherwise, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has declared he has handed over a draft of the Association of Serb-run municipalities to French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. For this document, he has said he has also informed the president of the European Council and Americans.
Rama has said the draft is worked by experts, and according to him expects the same one to be used to lead to another level of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
