Soares asked Vuciqi several times whether he recognises Serbia, Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state. Vuciq hesitated to answer that question, even in one piece he told what he did not hear.

Soares' question came while talking about developments and protests that are taking place in northern Kosovo.
