Industry, Intervention and Trade Minister Roseta Hajdari has been declared in connection with the decision being highly criticised against media Klan Kosova.
This medium reports that Minister Hajdari has said that the reason why the business certificates were suspended has to do with “Gjakove, Serbia” and “Peje, Serbia”.
“The reason why business certificates have been suspended, the decision made yesterday. To be clear once again that the file with the address of Gjakova/ Serbia, and much more, Peja/Serbia is very serious action before the law, before the Constitution, and it is irresponsible. And that's why we've prosecuted for investigations. ” She expressed herself.
On the other hand, Hajdari has said the ARBK handles the company's business case, while the Independent Media Commission will deal more with the case.
But, as you know, ARBK handles computers only as business, media issues as such are handled by the Independent Media Commission, and neither we nor the government step nor shut down the media. ” He has declared further.
Eventually, Hajdari seems to have expressed regret over this, saying that “regrets that this has happened with a business exercising public information activities”.
The task of any public official is to protect the Republic of Kosovo starting with its official name. And you should remember that that's why I don't compromise. I'm sorry that this happened in a business that operates public information activities and makes it even more serious.” ) The minister said.
