Krasniqi said at the Assembly session that the escalation of the security situation in the north occurred yesterday.
The kidnapping of three Kosovo police officers is an act of aggression against our Republic. It is inexplicable to violate sovereignty and territorial integrity. At this moment beyond the positions and assessments of anyone's priorities should be the return of our police officers to Kosovo and their families by guaranteeing their health and security”, the head of the government said. Krasniqi has invited Prime Minister Kurti to a special session regarding police kidnapping and the security situation in the country.
Therefore, honoured chairman, I invite you on behalf of Kosovo's Parliament to contact Prime Minister Kurti, so that we invite him to come to a special session today to report what the government's actions are taking for the return of our police officers, but also for the overall security situation in the country's north”, he added.
