Analyst Halil Matoshi has commented on Kosovo's reconciliation with the international community to resume elections in the country's north.
He has criticised Kosovo government for its withdrawal.
Matoshi in a post on the social network “Facebook” has written that the landing has become the sole strategy of VV and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
